What are the best ab workouts?
Q....
Will ab routine exercises give six pack abs?  Alright, dont feed me with facts about cardio...reducing fat and all that stuff, i am a cross country runner, i do 40 or more miles a week and i still dont have abs though im skinny. i have very faint ones when only i flex my stomach, which are visible only sometimes. Right now im injured and this is the best time for me to work my stomach and arms. I want to know if ab routines everyday will help me get defined and ripped abs in one month which is the time i'm out of running

    It will build up the ab muscles and make them more defined, If you cant run for that long though you should cut out some carbs from your diet and eat more protein type foods.

      Q.....
      How can I tone my abs quick? In about 1-2 weeks? I don't want a six pack, just my stomach slimmer and more toned. Any excersizes?

        Sit ups work well. lie on your back with your feet hooked under a bed or sofa, and place a pillow under your bottom or your tailbone/lower back area might start to hurt from leaning on it.... If you don't feel anything you might not be doing it right, and you will only be cheating yourself.   Don't push yourself too hard, start out gradual. about 20 sit ups then rest would be good to start with. if you start to get pains across your muscles stop and don't continue or else you could give yourself a hernia if you over do it - but if your in good shape anyway that shouldnt happen.
